Tools Used: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Vendor Portals
Scope of Work:
• Received handoff from art director/designer
• Adjusted files to match dielines and print vendor specs
• Ensured correct color profiles (CMYK/PMS)
• Set up spot finishes (UV, foil), trim marks, and bleeds
• Preflighted files for accuracy before handoff to international vendors
Special Considerations or Problem Solved:
Identified mismatch between supplied artwork and print specs
Created SOP templates to reduce errors and standardize handoffs
Reduced rework time across 150+ SKUs by streamlining layer structure
